Project: [Mobile Phone Model: [ZTE Blade V80 Vita/Nubia V80 Design] Mold ([Number] : 001)

Hello, everyone,

The mold progress for this week is as follows:

The trial mold of ZTE Blade V80 Vita/Nubia V80 Design in the previous state has been completed, and the samples are in production. The progress is normal. Currently, it is 5 days ahead of the original plan.

Sample condition

• Send out 10pcs of samples. Date: [12/07]
  The key feel is normal and the pull-out force test is passed
  The camera position has slightly shifted (about 0.2mm) and is being adjusted
  Wireless charging test: Efficiency loss of 12%, meeting the standard

Problems and Adjustments
A few streaks were found near the charging port. A technician has been arranged to add an exhaust groove to the mold cavity. It is expected that the sample will be re-tested in five days.

Next step:
The modified pattern of Nubia V80 Design is expected to be completed [12/10]
If there are no major issues, mass production preparations can be made after the customer’s confirmation
Please provide feedback within 3 working days after receiving the samples

Expected impact:
The overall progress is not affected and the mold delivery will be completed in five days as originally planned.
